Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — non delivery on cylinder

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the repeated issues I have encountered with the delivery of my gas cylinder. This marks the third consecutive instance in which the delivery agent has failed to deliver my cylinder, despite receiving notifications indicating that it has been delivered. It appears that the agent has handed my cylinder over to an individual dressed in black and collected payment from them, even though I have already settled the payment for my cylinder online.

Furthermore, I have found the staff at Kandhari Gas Agency to be uncooperative and dismissive of customer concerns. Despite multiple phone calls and personal visits to the agency, my efforts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful. I am urgently seeking a resolution to this issue.
