Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Non supply of refill even after 30 days passed after booking - reg.

I have booked refill on 19.12.15. my registration no. is 526264. When I contacted the deater after 21 days passed in Phone no.[protected], i replied that it will take 3 days. When again I contacted they say 7 days. When dialed to the BSNL no. [protected], i am getting the answer that the dealer cleared upto 19th Dec.15. But i did not receive the message for receipt generation. No refill is supplied till date. The cylinder currently under use may go out empty at any time.
