[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Online made payment for new connection which is cancelled but amount not refunded | |||
I have applied online for new lpg connection and made payment online for rs.2120/-. Later distributor forcing to take accessories and asking more money. When we disagreed then they rejected our application and not giving refund of payment which is made online on indane.Co.In through icici credit card. 3 month has been passed and i have made 10 to 15 complaint on their website till not resolved. Today i called to the area office on[protected] but they are saying we can't do anything as it is automated system please contact to your bank.
