Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Online Payment done but Payment not received as per Gas Agency/IOCL | |||
My self Kalpana Sahoo, Consumer No- [protected] Booking Ref No[protected] . I was booked a cylinder on 24-Aug through IOCL Mobile Application After Booking I got the option to pay online.so choose UPI Payment mode and paid the billed amount Rs 886/-. The payment was done successfully as per the google pay app even in banking applications also. But in the application says it pending acknowledgment even I was visited my distributor "Veer Sachi Indane" they also said the same thing that payment not received. Yesterday also I have logged a complaint on this through the same application but still, it is in-process status. what will do in this situation kindly help to get this paid to the concerned distributor so that my invoice bill will be zero or else can return to my account.
