Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — pathetic service provided by distributor | |||
The complaint is against vikas distributors (Indane lpg gas distributors) Address: suraj apartment, canara bank building, new town, kolkata - 700156, opposite of dlf and ibm complex. Phone number[protected],[protected] Whenever i try to contact them post 10 pm they say their system is not ready/upgraded and i need to call after 10:30 pm. After 10:30 pm they still need time for their system to be upgraded. Post that i can not get hold of them because their number is not reachable and if reachable they do not answer the call. The numbers are mentioned above. This is ridiculous. I had to report a gas leakage, emergency complaint but no one picked up the call. Their behavior is also very rude.in one word they are not customer centric. They do not want to help customer. This is not expected at all. May of my friends have the same complaint against them.
