Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Payment made and delay in invoice generation

Booking cylinder Indane online and paid payment. Got confirmation from Indane for payment with GST. But invoice raised on next day. Customer care told that invoice will be raised within 7days that is the Indane system (told by Mrs Sandy of customer care @ 11.55 hrs 26.05.23) and customer has to pay any increase in price with in the invoice period. This indicates that getting payment with GST and billing on any day, as Govt PSU not allowing to follow PM's digital payment and getting payment and billing on any day (bad example of GST system). More over customer care doesn't know difference between raising invoice and delivery of cylinder. One beautiful thing that customer care[protected] is not responding. I had almost 1 hour.30 mins conversation to finalize. If I paid and confirmed the credit invoice should be on same day, if not and their system is 7 working day, customer should be price protected then only people will follow PM's digital payment. IOCL pls don't make way for people to avoid digital payment. Hope this can be solved. I am having this issue since last six months. Customer care response is very unsatisfied. So Many complaint closed without customer concern, though repeated same complaint.
