They refused to fill air in the tyres.

Aaj me jab indian oil se diesel dalane gaya to mene usse ₹4440 ka dalne ka bola tha, Par usne pehle ₹400 ka diesel dala aur baad me usse bina reset kiye ₹4040 tak dala. jab mene bill ka bola to bolne laga ki printer kharab hai ap likhit bill le lo. yaha par ₹400 ka kaam diesel dala. aur ek baar nahi bohot baar ho chuka hai. par haar baar koi proof na hone ke karan kuch sabit bhi nahi ho pata hai .

Team I ordered gas cylinder for Cons No 18017 on 8 th May and showing my order is delivered with invoice no.[protected].but I didn't receive it plz do needful for me

When I received cylinder on 15/05/23 around 2:00 pm I could hear liquid wobbling sound unusually from my cylinder when I shake but the gas is not dispensed and the delivery boy said that the cylinder is not delivered by them.

I Mrs. Deepika Naik was scammed at the indian oil petrol pump at sec 13 khanda colony, panvel petrol pump . date[protected]. I noticed a scam happening few days back too but ignored it as i thought that i might be wrong. But today my scooty already had a half tank filled with petrol and yet when told to full the tank the bill was 446 rupees. even when my scooty is emptied i require petrol of maximum 420 rupees. Today instead of having the petrol half filled the bill was 420. And i being a motor trainer understand how much of petrol is required. I am a regular customer of that petrol pump .i full my tank every 2 days and yet the scam is carried out so easily. I even spoke to manager but he doesnt listen to any of it. The worker put the power petrol instead of normal one even when i had told him to put the normal one. And when i told him to full the tank he said he heard of 100 and then stoppped and asked again and then filled petrol starting from 100 i think. i was making transaction hence couldnt check but that is the most common scam as on google. kindly check with your petrol pumps.

In SRI GANAPATHY AGENCY, malkapuram Visakhapatnam, on 11th may 7pm. After filling full tank in my car (auto stopped after fill up 30 ltr approx 3340 rs) operator lady started filling in empty bottle( about 2ltrs) without stopping the meter. After that she calculated all bill ( 32ltrs 3560rs )in my account. When I complained this, she started arguing that she filled all petrol in my after auto stop also, which is not correct. I saw her filling in bottles and taking cash money from a person. Resolve the issue as this completely cheating to customer and the company also.

I have Renault Triber which have a fuel tank of 40 lits capacity. every time I fills 30 lits of petrol in tank. the fuel indicators shows tank almost full, ie remaining petrol in tank +30 lits. on dated 08/05/2023, I filled 30 lits petrol from 3 STAR FUEL STATION, G BLOCK, 50 INDIAN OIL CO MUMBAI.
After filling the fuel tank indicator was not showing full. according to my calculation I got 8 to 10 lits petrol less .KMs showing at the time of fueling 6565kms. photo taken at 6615 km. one white line of fuel tank indicator exist up to average 93 kms. the two white lines exist up to 186 km -50 kms= 136 km less running. means 136/15.5 [average] = 9 liters of petrol received less.
please take strict action against the 3 star fuel station.

I had booked my gas cylinder on the 5th of May. My consumer number is CX6943978. The order number was[protected]. Yesterday I received a message that invoice has been generated and today I received that cylinder has been delivered. I have not received my cylinder at all. I have made full payment for this cylinder. How can it be marked as delivered when it is not??? Kindly let me know what I should do?

I have a hero duet scooty. My petrol capacity is about 5.5L . But recently(08.05.2023) i filled petrol at Shri Jalaram Filling Station here at Jaykaypur, Rayagada district. It cost me ₹700, i have never paid that much to make my tank full, even though i had some petrol in my tank already. The screen reflected ₹700.3 and 6.54 L, and i was astonished to see that. That is outright fraud. I have never paid that much to fill my tank when my petrol bar was blinking, i understand that the number might fluctuate for various reasons, but that much difference is questionable, given that my petrol capacity isn't that much. I didn't question them at that point because i myself wasn't sure about the capacity of the tank, this vehicle is driven by mom, and i live in a different city. And according to my mom, the maximum she has paid till date to fill the tank is 500, when the petrol bar was blinking.

Spoken to Manager Mr. Rajesh, yesterday. He informed that delivery boy went on leave, and promised to arrange delivery today.

No response today. Neither Mr. Rajesh nor office staffs responding phone calls.

Lot of mental torture and agony.

Not able to move out of home, expecting for cylinder delivery.

This delay will also affect our next booking.

This is our 2nd complaint in an year.

Pl. do the needful and deliver the cylinder immediately.

I have put petrol for 1500 on 21/04/2023 and the guy in the station asked to credit the money to [protected].. money got debited, but since there was some over limit with his gpay, it didn't process successfully. He again asked me to pay by card and I paid 1500 again.. later sometime, 1500 debited in gpay was successfully credited to his account..I contacted him and he said he will send it as soon as he goes to the petrol station.. but after that, he is not attending my call.. it has been more than a week now .I'm not able to get this petrol station contact number.. I need some help

Indian oil petrol pump at TCI MADANAYAKANAHALLI, is not accepting UPI payments. The personnel is also rude when asked about it. They only accept cash/card. Why are they not accepting UPI payments in the digital age?

Please make sure that UPI payments are supported

Distributor was advised to send mechanic.
At the outset, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We are advising the distributor to attend the complaint asap if not already attended by now/if required they will replace the cylinder/PR immediately as per the policy . For emergency/leakage in future, kindly call 1906 24X7 or our CSC no.[protected] during office hours on weekdays.

It's a matter of great concern that nobody from Indian Oil Corporation / it's dealer had bothered about the gas leakage complaint which is a serious matter even after five days from the date of complaint.
Nobody has reported here till 4.00 PM on 29/04/2023 and the defective cylinder is kept at my residence.

Therefore you are requested to make an enquiry and do the needful urgently.

I booked the GAS Cylinder refill to supply on Sunday i.e. 23/04/2023. I paid extra money as suggested while booking. I am sorry to say that the Gas Cylinder refill is yet to be supplied. What is the use of Preferred Day/Time Delivery when not attended to??? Refund the extra amount and remove such an item (Preferred Delivery).

Last wednesday 19/04/2023 morning 10.30 am i was filled petrol on my Renauld Kwid car Krishnagiri, tamilnadu, JP Fuel Agencies, i was filled petrol 10 litre Roundly Already i have 10.litre approx in my tank, after filling petrol my car digital fuel meeter in same condition its mentioned single point only after noticed and ask to fuel station person he not answer me properly give bill only and After i was travelled around 80 kms my car fuel is low alram noticed then only i find they are cheated me they are not filled petrol on my car kindly take severe Action on this fuel Station avoid this type off issues in future, For your reference attached the Fuel bill, and after fill fuel my display image

IOC pumps at KonniI, District -Pathanamthitta, Kerala -689691 are not filling the Air at Fuel Station, The are refusing to saying that the machine is not working, Kindly take corrective measure

Booked a refill consumer no [protected] - 4/4/2023 paid online. It is almost 16 days despite making the payment we are yet to get the cylinder.

The supplier M/s Abirami Gas Agencies don't respond to customer calls or their contact numbers are always engaged. The Agency is not a customer service oriented entity

Fortunately connected an executive where she said there are limited stocks and the supply is less. Come...

Today i went to aunsh petroleum for petrol filling in my scooter. The staff over there filled premium petrol without asking me and without my consent. It cost 103 Rs. On pump also there was nothing mentioned about premium petrol. When i told her about that cheating, she told me to pay as per normal rate of petrol.. this is serious issue..i was aware customer so i saved but by this kind of practice how many customers they might have cheated. Kindly take action.
