Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — payment was unsuccessful but money got debited from account

I tried to pay a lpg refill from indane provided payment link as sent in sms. The money got debited from my hdfc bank account on 17th august 2019 but the transaction failed. I got a mail from indane for unsuccessful transaction but the money has not been refunded yet. No one is picking up the phone numbers mentioned in that indane mail.
The cylinder has already been delivered and i had to pay the amount again in cash.
I want my money back in my account.

Updated by sancharidsharma Someone named Rahul Tripathi called me up and insisted for my Debit or Credit card number for refund processing which seems very phishing.

He dropped me a mail first from "[protected]@mail.com" id which also seems fake with subject as "Indian Oil Corporation" to share my number. I overlooked the mail id at first chance & shared my number which I shouldn't.

Please take necessary actions asap.
