Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — petrol filled more than tank capacity

Recently we filled our car petrol tank named duster which have tank capacity of 50 litres but the worker of petrol pump, sector 42c, chandigarh (Ashish petrol pump) have filled 60.93 litres at 10.04 pm today.
Already it had approx 10 litres in it before filling
