Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Recalling of Termination Voucher (TV)

Dear Sir,

I opted for termination of my LPG connection (Consumer no.:[protected] from Hisar, Haryana to Surat, Gujarat on 21/04/2015. But I did not take/start connection in Surat, Gujarat till now.

Now I want to re-start my LPG connection from Hisar, Haryana with same distributor. But they are denying for it. At the same time Termination Voucher (TV) is not valid now. Since it is valid for one year only.

I also tried to register my request in Indane gas website, but I didn't get any single way for the same. There customer care no. is not working, there feedback/complaint portal is also not working, No person is picking my phone.

I want to know that, Is this possible to recall the termination of LPG connection from one place to another without availing it?

Kindly help & suggest the best way.
