By Mistake i have clicked the option online of more than 10 Lac against income declaration while it should be less than 10 Lac and unfortunately, i could not get the subsidy from Mar'2017 onwards.i had tried several time to contact to customer care at [protected] but no one receive the phone call. kindly look in to this & provide me the pending subsidy as well as continue/enable the subsidy on consumer no 36267.

As suggested by the IOC representative trough phone call, i went to the gas agency to submit the hard copy of income declaration form along with the the photo copy of pan card but the attendant of gas agency said me that there is no provision in the software to modified/activate the subsidy yet and not possible right now.Kindly do the needful and activate the gas subsidy asap.

Updated by vijay _11 i have posted the details on www.indane.co.in and the service request no is 2998767 but not get any response yet.i had tried to call several time at [protected] but not get any response from here also. kindly look in to this and activate the subsidy at the earliest.
