Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — regarding subsidy for sept-17 & oct-17

Sir,
My gas subsidies of the month sep-17& oct-17 (Ioc) are illegally diverted to airtel bank payment with out my consent. A no of times i contacted to customer - executive of airtel customer care. They replied that your subsidies amount will be sent to your previous bank account with in 48hrs. Till date the above said subsidies amount not transferred to previous bank account.
My particulars are as under:-
