I am INDANE GAS Company' s costumer having connection no.[protected] on 29/10/2020 in M/S JEYPORE INDANE GAS, JEYPORE, KORAPUT, ODISHA. My regulator got faulty after new cylinder connection on 23/02/2022 and presently its not working and on switch off stage there was gas leakage. I went to M/S JEYPORE INDANE GAS, JEYPORE, KORAPUT Agency to change my regulator .But they are asking me to pay
Rs. 200/- to replace faulty regulator.
Therefore i want you to please suggest me what to do .As far as i know it's company's duty to change regulator free of cost.
