[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — request for refund the deducted amount

I paid to indane gas merchant using phonepe upi for gas cylinder on june 26, 2019. I received link from indane gas & i paid using link, phonepe upi when i paid payment was successfully for indane gas merchant but i call to merchant payment was successfully but merchant told me payment still not credited to mine account. I told to phonepe customer care this issue but he said payment was successful, do charge back in your bank. I also done this process, sbi bank said if you paid debit card or internet benking or bank’s app so, i help you where gone your amount, but this time i can’t say because you used third party app and also payment deducted for phonepe upi.

So, where gone amount? I have all type proofs which i paid. Please help me. Where i go for complaint? Phonepe and indane gas both customer care told i can’t help you. “payment was successful” & “payment was not credited in our account”. Sbi bank told i can’t help when you used third party app. Please help where i go for complaint?

I have all type proofs which i paid but not credited merchant's bank account. I got where gone amount but how to refund process?
