Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — rude response for services asked for, | |||
I had purchase petrol from kasba coco petrol pump and my booking id [protected]. The payment was made by paytmat 6.13 p. M. On 14/02/2020. But the owner/ person in charge mr. Mintu jha was rude and was not cooperative to get my purchase completed, even when my payment was made. The response was that since there mobile phone did not reflect the payment, even when i displayed them the receipt from my side. Actually the phone used by the petrol pump is an old model and no new message is displayed till old message is deleted from the phone as it has a lesser capacity. After my repeated requests they deleted some old messages and then could get message of payment made by me on there phone. I asked them to update there phone to avoid inconvenience to the customers to which there incharge mr. Minto jha replied that the customer i. E., me should provide them a phone if i was not ready to wait for 15 minutes after making payment via paytm or be ready to face this problem regularly. If a customer has to wait for 15 minutes to make payment go through at a pump then i should think twice before using such service. Kindly take action anmd respond. Thanking you, Anupam khosla Ph.
