Dear Sir,
Our officer IGNOU Regional Centre has purchased gas connection on 16.03.1992 from Akhand Jyoti Gas agency, Patliputra, as our organisation at that time running there. My SV NO. is 251021 and consumer No. is A-1888. Now I want to transfer the connection to M/s Shaheed Ganesh Gas Agency, Bigrahpur. We have submitted Consumer Card, Affidevit for missing of SV, Declaration, Format for Re-activation, Aadhar, PAN etc but they denied telling that they have no documents of this connection.
