I have done refill booking a week ago, now both website and app are such annoying comes up with same error — "oops - something went wrong at our end". This message is being popped up from past 2 days. Cant even check the status. All this problems started after moving from existing website/app to new.

Dont we think that technically website/app are not capable to handle users login/bookings, if thats the case then we did we merge and creating problems?

Hi Team,

From past 3 days, your application and Web page are not working, think it crashed and you guys didn't come with any alternative at all. How can being a such a huge organisation, doesn't provide proper support to customers?
