Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Xtra reward points not added

Good day,
I used my ATM card for the payment of fuel at IOCL petrol pump. The card has my registered mobile num which is also registered with IOCL app. From period of 11 June 2022 to 27 July 2022, I ddnt receive any points in my extra rewards /loyalty ponts IOCL. I refilled a fuel of ₹7340/- TOTAL.
