Indian Oil Corporation — Non acceptance of Termination Voucher ( TV )

From, CONSUMER NO.[protected] Name : Mr Praful G. Mehta. Sir, I have transfered my gas connection from M/s Vaibhav Gas Agency, Bavla, ( Dist. Ahmedabad ) to Joravarnagar, Dist. Surendranagar. While transfering my gas connection, I was unaware that there is no any agency/ distributor of IOC. When I contact the agency at Surendranagar, they reply that first modify place form Joravarnagar to Surendranagr, then they will give connection/ accept Termination Voucher. Then I contacted M/S Vaibhav Gas Agency, Bavla, they saw their unability to correct the name from Joravarnagar to Surendranagar. Now what to do? Who will modify Termination Voucher ?
