Indian Oil Corporation — shortage of fuel(diesel) refilling

Last 3years I refilling my car fuel(diesel) from your dealer JAL H. INDOREWALLA & SONS, 33/2, B. T. ROAD, KOLKATA-700002. But today after I refilled, I find something going wrong. I already complain to the manager of that outlet but he ignore the matter. Please take right step as early as possible.
