I have used ngpay to book my tickets on 25 of Jan 2016 but no tickets have been booked but transaction have done successfully 28 Jan is refunded from ng pay. To my account a sum of 6551.00 rupees not credit a/c please make it .please reprocess IAM ask to branch manager not giving proper answer please sir I want my amount 6551.50 Note my transaction is ARN747665160286034844607323 Thank you.
