Indian Overseas Bank — amount debited but recharge not made. | |||
Sir, i recharged my airtel mobile online through paytm with rs.169 using my atm card. (Details given below). I dint get the recharge done but amount debited from my account. I tried to repeat it, again the same thing happened. So totally, rs.338 has been debited without recharging. I called paytm service center but they said the transaction failed. I withdraw Rs.100 from IOB ATM, the rupee note comes out normally but condition of the note is worst and it's was already torn at mid portions. Where I change this note ?
