Hi, I am Michael. My account no is [protected] Gingee branch, Tamil Nadu.. Last friday (23.12.2016) i swiped my atm card for the BESCOM bill payment in Bangalore. When i swiped my card suddenly amount got deducted and the transaction was declined. Please take it is high priority and refund the amount back.
