Indian Overseas Bank — Amount not credited in my account since last one year | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, I had faced transaction failure twice during booking railway ticket on 14th july 2016 thru axis bank gateway. Report suggested that axis bank has refunded both the amounts on 18th july 2016 but unfortunately those amounts Were not yet credited in my saving account (1384) in i. O. B. Sainda, district bareilly, u. P. Branch. I have already lodged my complain to the bank dy. Manager, long back, but now they are showing their helplessness Regarding this issue. It seems that they have tried their level best to resolve this issue but failed. Hence you are requested to look into the matter as my last hope. You can ask mr. Ganguly and his colleague regarding this issue. My application is still available in the office file. Attached herewith the report for your kind reference please. (Sr. No. 2 & 3) Refund status S.
