I have an account in iob branch poozhanadu, my account no is 10489

In the evening (07.04.2018 at 6.10 pm) i put atm in indian bank kattakada atm for 10000 rs withdrawal. Some error occurred in machine "transaction proceeding request to wait" then after 4 sec "transaction time out"

I have no cash, cash not getting but, deducted 10000 rs from my account

Plz hel me to return back my cash
