Indian Overseas Bank — complaint about missing of our cheque by bank

We the customer of your bhemua branch, (1238), micr[protected], ifsc-ioba0001238. Our a/c no.-[protected], [protected], [protected]. We submitted cheques at the bhemua branch on 03/04/2017, 05/04/2017, 29/03/2017. But the branch manager said us on june-2017 that they missing our cheques.
So, we pray to you to solve this problem as early as possible.

My name: hima viswa jagadeesh.M,
july 12, i am send money to paytm. but money was not credited in paytm and money was debited from my Indian overseas bank. account.
I already gave complaint through phone. the complaint no was HR250704. my bank account no : [protected], branch: mallapur, Hyderabad.
We are BANESHWAR DAS (a/c no : [protected]), BISWAJIT JANA ( A/C NO : [protected]) & GAYARAM BERA (A/C NO : [protected]) the customers of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, BHEMUA BRANCH, PASCHIM MEDINIPUR, WEST BENGAL (IFSC CODE : IOBA0001238, MICR CODE :[protected]. We deposited below said cheques at this branch on simultaneously dated but after 2 months the Branch Manager said us on 01/06/2017 that they lost our cheques. so we not yet received our money till date. we had been lodge a complain to INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK KOLKATA - II REGIONAL OFFICE on 11/07/2017. we also lodge complain to https://www.consumercomplaints.in on 25/07/2017. but we did not receive any reply from your end.
So we therefore pray to you to resolve our problem as early as possible.
