I have done money transfer rs7000 from
A/c no.[protected], state bank of india to indian overseas bank a/c no [protected], from my phonepe
Banking access on 25.10.2018 time 10;38;33

But amount rs.7000 still not credit to my account. Am ask with phonepe he told problem with indian overeseas bank server
Till date amount i did not get refund. Please refund
