Sir, With due humble submission i sri sarat kumar panda wants state few following lines for kind consideration and necessary action:- 1. I have sb account at your branch with account no. [protected] with corresponding customer id[protected]. 2. Previously, my account was linked to phone no. [protected]. 3. Three months ago i have applied for change in phone no. To [protected] at your good office and submitted the required documents personally. 4. Accordingly, my sb account no. [protected] was linked to my phone no. [protected]. 5. All credits and debit pertaining to my account are being received at my new phone no. [protected]. But whenever i am going to do any online transfer (Through paytm etc.) or any type of online recharge of videocon or any other recharge, my verification (Unique code) is sent to my old no.[protected]. In view of above, i request you to link my new no. [protected] to all type of transactions to be performed by in future pertaining to sb account no. [protected].
