Indian Overseas Bank — Mobile transaction-Debited amount - failed - not credited in my SB account- requested resolve the issue.

On 21/8/2021 through my Mobile transaction, an amount of Rs.2000 was debited for SBI Fastag.

i.e. ECOM-Fastag online sbi SBIePay Mumbai MHIN-N115005O/RefNo.S67771884.

It failed and the money was not credited back in my IOB bank SB account. Please kindly resolve this issue.
