Indian Overseas Bank — regarding wrong payment made through online shopping | |||
Sir i have purchased coloured printer from amazon by on line shopping through my sba/c [protected] from yur kapurthala branch on 03.07.2017 but it shows error. I paid cash immediately. However statmnt. Of a/c shows that rs.10773/- is debited in my above sb a/c. Also message recevied. I contacted amazon co immediately. They promissed to pay it within seven days which is pending in gateway.14 days elapsed. Now amazon asked us to make complaint with your indian overseas bank kapurthala. Your local branch not cooperated iam making direct comaplaint with yu. Please solve the gateway problem and help to refund rs.10773/- in my above said sb a/c. Thanks. I have done rtgs on 8 march 2017 of 700000/- rs due to bank problem my rtgs not received to party and it deduct from my account pls Support me as soon as possible because payment not received by me again and party so pls do needful as my faith in you as I m older customer of bank Branch chittorgarh rajasthan firm Vihaan infra
