Indian Overseas Bank — unnecessary transaction

My transaction which i have made through paytm was not successful but may account was debited about rs.20, 000 today morning. I dont know why it has been deducted and i don't know even the transaction i'd were it has debited. I be tried calling customer care executive but no one is attending customer care call. Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 16, 2018 Updated by Mounika kanduluru My account has been deducted an amount of about rs.15000 today for the 2 transactions which were not succesfull each of at an amount of rs.7500 at indigo airlines app. I tried calling customer care service but couldn't get any help so requesting u to please review the transactions and help me with the refund. Or provide me a source of alternative. Thanking you

Iob acharapakkam . Branch code 214 . This bank is not open in sharp 10.00 o clk .they are open in 10.30 more tgan the time . So the old peoples affect during this problem . So pls instruct them to open the bank in early or sharply at 10.00 clk
