Hi,

I have canceled a ticket on 2 May 2017, PNR: [protected] Tatkal Waiting.

However, I have not yet received any refund for the same till date. I have checked with my bank statement and i didn't found any refund from IRCTC.

I have tried calling IRCTC on the following numbers many time but never got my calls answered,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],

After trying calls for a few days, I have emailed IRCTC twice about the refund but have not got any response other than the auto generated emails.

I have attached a screenshot of my account. I have canceled another ticket after this and got a refund for that but got ZRO refund for this one even after the ticket was in waiting list.

While booking railway tickets on IRCTC app for the 4th June 2017 from H. Nizammudin to Chitrakutdham K, So payment has been deducted but didn't received tickets.

Dear sir i am pradeep i have booked ticket from irctc amount is deducted two times in my account so please check and refund as soon as possible

my tickets is cancelled by mistake i can not cancel please reconfirm my ticket
I was booking a ticket from JAT to NDLS on 16th May'17, but the PNR was not generated and the payment deducted at bank.
Its been a week and money is not refunded.

I didn't get refund of my cancelled ticket in irctc. When I open my irctc account its showing that refund is done in paytmsdk but I didn't make payment through my paytm account or other paytm account, I was make payment through my PNB account. Kindly help me to short this issue
I was booked ticket on 18/05/2017 new delhi to lucknow.train no. 12430 3a in tatkal quota ( pnr no [protected]). i got 20 waiting. but it was not cleared. on 19/05/2017 i have received a msg that my ticket was cancelled. but till date i was not received my refund amount. please take some neefull approach.
