Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — amount deducted my account but ticket not done

Address:122,government colony,birla gram , nagda, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, 456331

I have booked ticket on 19 feb in tatkal quota in train no. Pune indore express, nagda to pune. The total amount 560 rs was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked via irctc app and message was shown transaction rejected by bank. Further state bank of india says contact to irctc. So please help me to initiate my refund.

The total amount 560 rs was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked via irctc app and message was shown transaction rejected by bank. Further State bank of india says contact to Irctc. So please help me to initiate my refund.
