Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cancellation amount refunded but not credit in my account

Sir,
Ihave paid an amount of 610/- for a ticket from bza to adi through canara bank, i cancelled the ticket. Irctc refund statement says they have refunded the amount 490/- canara bank on the date 01-dec-2017. But ihave not received that amount yet
