Now i am retired 4 years back and have no access to office email id. My personal email id is manohar. [protected]@gmail.com. You are requested to change my registered email id in my profile. Sir i booked a ticket by syndicate bank debit card.1357.33 rupees debited but ticket is not booked.please refund as soon as possible.

Eventhough i am trying to select different options for payment, I am been forced to select only irctc wallet for making my transactions.
Why is this made?????
Also you people have already inducing service charges and what s this irctc ewallet charges?????
