Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Charging of commission for e ticket twice | |||||
I booked a railway reservation ticket from my irctc profile through irctc website on 07.03.2017 (Pnr [protected], transaction id [protected]). The ticket fair was paid by net banking from my sbi account. For this rs 11.50 was debited from my account as commission on 09.032017 twice means total rs (11.50+11.50)= 23 was deducted. So rs 11.50 must be returned to me. I have attached my irctc profile page showing booking history and my sbi account summary where these two deductions were highlighted.
