I would like to raise a complaint regarding a recurring issue faced during Tatkal ticket booking at 10:00 AM. On several occasions, after successfully filling in all passenger details and completing the payment, a service error appears. Although the payment is deducted, the ticket is not booked.
This happens even when the system shows ticket availability while proceeding to payment. Due to this server or system failure, I and many other users are facing repeated monetary deductions, booking failures, and loss of valuable time during the Tatkal window.
This is causing significant inconvenience and financial loss to passengers. Kindly clarify who is responsible for resolving such issues and ensuring timely refund of deducted amounts. I request you to investigate this matter urgently and take necessary corrective action to prevent such incidents in future.
I would also appreciate confirmation regarding the refund process and timeline for failed bookings due to system errors.
