Using IRCTC Android App i reserved the Ticket from Jalna to Nasik Road

Name: Syed Amer, DR1 61 WS.
But when i got in Train that 61 Seat Number was a Middle Seat not the Window Side.
So Resolve my Complaint .

Yesterday I booked e ticket But I am not able To go to booked history as I wanted to cacell the ticket.The new booking page do not show Option for cancellation. Revised e ticket booking not consumer friendly. Request note the same and guide me the cancellation procedure.
