Today while bkg tatkal e-ticket online from NDLS to PNBE in 12570 in 3AC, at 10.00 am it showed more than 270 berths available.But after entering payment details, it didn't booked the ticket displaying message that all seats are booked. How these seats are booked within a minute, when all agents & like other's are barred to log-in is not understandable. It appears that some IRCTC insider in connivance with some agents is tampering with your website & blocks the booking in elite classes like 3AC, 2AC, etc for these agents. As per some TV reports, it is understood that some website like IRCTCEASYBOOK.com are providing pre-data entry support on payment & tatkal tkts can be booked within seconds. Such agents with say 10-20 terminals keep their data ready filled using such software & books tatkal tkts as soon as it opens. Such website needs to be investigated & blocked fully. I request IRCTC or Indianrailway's vigilance cell to investigate deeply into this matter & punish the erring offcials also barring the agents involved in it. Also inform me the contact nos. & email address of your vigilance officer's at IRCTC or Indian railway, so that I may pursue my case with them.
