Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — I am complaining about the retiring room booking | |||
Dear sir Booking has been done today on pnr no [protected] for dormitory accomodation at bangalore (Sbc) station for the date of 22/12/2019 for 12 hours and has paid rs. 142.80 inclusive of the banking charges through the axis bank debit card and transaction number is '" inb/11046441/irctc services (Razorpay). But, the allotment advice has not been received. This is really surprising. An amount of rs 142.82 has been charged on 12/12/2019 and there has been no communiction from irctc at all. Please arrange to refund the amount and credit the same. Also ensure the proper working of the system so that i can rebook immediately... Appreciate prompt reply.
