My father name is r. Venkateswarlu, visited jabalpur for some work. He is a heart patient and senior citizen. We booked for a special train (01704) seat no 15 in b1 from jabalpur to hyderabad. Train starting station is jabalpur and suppose to come around 8 pm 8-05-18 came at 2 am 09-05-18. He requested every possible enquiry and no one knows about it. It was expected at 1st platform and inform suddenly announced at 5th platform with a short notice. We catched the train narrowly. Never expected, it came late after 6 hours though its starts from jabulpur. Once entered in b1 lights, fans, mobile charging, in toilets water not coming including the ac not proper from start. No one is answering the problems. All passengers were unable to use toilets. Toilets are dirty.in train the tc came to us checked the tickets and sat in a1. When we tried for attendants in three ac coaches no one sitting in his place. Then we approached the tc. He took us to the attendants where they are sleeping in a1. They had not given us blankets even. When complained about the problems to tc he woke up a mechanic. He could not able to solve the problem.in khandwa the problems will be attended - told by tc.in khandwa no support we got. Sweepers said no phnol to clean. We went to train drivers to stop the train until the problems in b1 not solved. But the drivers shouted us and abused with unparliamentary language. At akola also sanitary people told they do not have phenol. Duty tc requested to clean at least. The sweepers told in the train no duty for them. We after khandawa station on understanding from your mechanic took tools and shorted out the problems of lights, fans, mobile charging, tulu pump starting to get water in toilets. At itarsi station master, in train few railway employees told that the trains starting with zero are given on rental basis to private management. Now on paying huge ticket fare more than railways we are sorrow to say we are getting poor facilities and timing delay 6 hours at starting station. Its a mid hot summer all the passengers suffered at lot in our coach. Now why can not we demand our ticket fare refund for delay and worst services? Please give request to refund our tickets. I Have Cancelled My Ticket On 3rd May Then They Have Send Me a message that the refund amount will be return after 3-4 days but till now no money amount has return

I'm traveling in train number 11088 Pune Veraval express.
Me as well as my co-passangers have found many rats inside our berth(A1). Our bags have literally been scratched by rats. Please look after it.
