Had booked my ticket in IRCTC mobile app for the journey of Mangalore Central to Chennai Central, payment through Payumob using my debit card Ticket booking date :[protected] Ticket rate :580 Mode of transaction : Indian Bank Rupay Debit card PNR Number [protected] The ticket was on Wait list, so I cancelled the ticket Ticket cancellation date :[protected] IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], I got a mail from IRCTC website that, an amount of Rs. 520.0 has been processed as per below details: Date of cancellation of E-Ticket/Date of failure of E-Ticket booking:17-Apr-2018 Refund processing date:18-Apr-2018 Refund amount:520.0 Refund reference no:[protected] Payment Option used : PayU Money M But till now I didn't got my refund amount to my Bank account. When I see in the IRCTC website, it showing that the ticket is refunded. But I don't have account in pay u mob.
