[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc tdr status shows cr registered but refund amount not received | |
Hi support team, I have booked a ticket from sonpur jn (See) to vadodara jn (Brc) for 19166/sabarmati exp on 29-dec-2017 and date of journey was 01-jan-2018 & train was approx more than 10 hrs late. Reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled, I filled the tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status was turned to cr registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else i might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com Ticket details: Do transaction :- 29-dec-2017.
