Dear sir/madam I am unable to login every time i try to do so i have a message from microsoft edge saying that your server says i am a mapps/client. Sometimes it just does not recognise me and says wrong details . My system on my pc is windows 10. I have been given an otp no Also i have been given a mobile verification code code As yet i have not been able to use these numbers as i cannot login Have tried using the care lines and they are either busy or the ring tone starts and then the line goes dead Is there a number that i could ring on this problem as without it i cannot use irctc to travel on a rail tour next year for 6 weeks which i wanted to do with my wife Please can you help in this matter or must i use an agency like cleartrip which has a conventional airline style booking system which seems more user friendly. I booked ticket on 30 sep but amount is deducted and transaction is not successful please refund my amount as soon as possible my transaction no is [protected] please resolve it
