I want to register my mob. Number with irctc for online ticket booking

I have tried for this but the site says this mobile no. Is earlier registered

I have been never registered my mob. No

Some one else is using my mob. No

So i request you to cancel the registration with this mob no [protected]

So that i can register with irctc

Please do needful because i am the true owner of this mob. No, for proof,

I have submitted my aadhar no

in irctc its show refund sucessful on date 3/3/2018 but still not recived balance

I am the user of irctc and have forgot my USER ID & PASSWORD my name is Basudeo Das & Date of Birth is 15.10.1969. I had complain before 4 days ago & ticket ID no. is #8337383 but still problem are same.

So, again requested, please help me to avail the User ID & Password in my mail at your earliest possible.
