Sir, i have booked two ac iii tickets online on 13/08/2017 from jabalpur to mumbai (Cstm) by
Mumbai garibrath no. 12187 for 11th dec. 2017. Sir at the time of booking the status of available births were 646 births. I opted for two lower births but after payment upper births were allotted to me (61 years) and my wife (56 years) which is very inconvenient for me being a senior citizen & diabetic. No otp generated for e-wallet transaction on tatkal ticket booking - irctc

Water leakage in ac coach

I am travelling to Lucknow but there is a continuous leakage of rain water in my coach(C2 73). Being a female passenger it is highly inconvenient for me to face such a thing even in AC coach.

Redemption of reward points

Sbi irctc credit card is not allowing me to redeem my points in irctc. There is no such option in payment gateway to select pay by rewards as mentioned by sbi in their faq's section of irctc sbi card. I am in touch with the customer service department and have written many emails to them but they are not resolving this issue but again and again giving new complaint numbers.

Food and beverage price in train No-12967

Which is 43% more than the pricrbed by irctcb quality and quatity also bad The sellers are miss behave with the passenger who question the price. I am traveling in this traij regularly. Too many invalid Captcha in login to IRCTC website

Even after several attempts of typing correct capcha for 10-12 times. site is not allowing to next page as this new site - nget irctc is having 3 capcha to have a successful transaction. it takes 30 capcha to be written to book a ticket. its really hard and irritating when someone types a correct capcha but still site doesnt allows to next page. proper testing is not done on these capcha. server couldnt able to crosscheck with the image displayed....

Wrong Cancellation Charges

This complaint is regarding the common glitch in cancellation amount charged by the IRCTC. As per the current refund policy of IRCTC (http://contents.irctc.co.in/en/refundrules.html), the cancellation charge for AC 3 is Rs 90/- when cancellation of confirmed tickets is done more than one day in advance of the scheduled departure of the train, excluding the date of journey.
