Dear sir,
I was travelling on 30/04/2019 by mahakaushal train no 12189 in b2 coach seat no 8. When i reached agra railway station my bag was stolen by thief.. I dont know how but i was alone with my two kids. Really it was really unsafe for me and for my small kids. Two unknown lady entered and suddenly disappeared.. Service of train is very poor and unsafe. Please help us and take necessary a ction to thief and service provider.

While booking ticket money is deducted but the ticket was not booked.I was booked the ticket by using ICICI Debit Card and the money of amount 570.98 was deducted from my account having ref No-SB498800. Please help me towards getting my refund ... Thank u ...
