Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no support through email or call for reset of my password for my irctc user id. | |||||
Dear Sir, I have been constantly sending emails and calling on the helpline number for assistance in helping me to reset my password for my userid-piyush9294. I have been requesting the team to send the OTP on my registered email id as i am not being able to recieve any OTP on my registersd mobile number. Repeatedly i have called the customer care around 20-25 times.I have emailed my request at [protected]@irctc.co.in for more the twice a dozen times. Now i am really frustrated with this support.
