I was trying to book ticket through IRCTC Rail connect app on 12.05.2019 from Delhi to Kotdwara by train No. 14044 Garwal Express through IRCTC login ID m17102. I fiiled up all details of pasengers and when i tried to make payment through my debit card of Bank of Baroda i filled all the details of payment i.e account number and my passward for payment but due to technical problem payment could not be made that time and again I made payment for the same. My account has been debited two times by amounting Rs. 1888.3 and again Rs. 1888.3 but the ticket was not booked. Kindly do the the needuful in the matter and also acknowledge to on email id i.e [protected]@gmail.com
