Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — non-refund of amount from irctc against cancelled tickets | |||
I had booked railway tickets from durg to delhi on 30/10/17 online through irctc app. On 1st nov. 2017 i cancelled the tickets. Neither the amount has been refunded nor i am able to contact customer care officials on the number which has been mentioned in the mail. When i checked the refund status it says that the amount has been refunded, which is not true. Please advice how can i get the money back? Was this information helpful? | |||

I had cancelled an e-ticket having Transaction ID- [protected] & [protected] on 28th october 2017 but amount rs 950 & 980 is not credited in my account till today. Kindly resolve my problem.
